MEDICAL: WHO CAN BUY?
NOW ACCEPTING PATIENTS! Bring ID and a valid medical card from your doctor into one of our stores. We will issue you a recognition card which you will present every time you come in to make a purchase. There are now 2 types of medical patients recognized by the department of health: Those who are on the registry with the state and those who are not. There are significant differences.

Those on the registry are allowed to shop at any rec/medical shop and receive product sales tax-free (i.e. 7 to 10% off depending on the locale). Registry patients are also allowed to grow 6 plants of their own, and possess and purchase up to 3 ounces of flower and forty-eight ounces of marijuana-infused product in solid form, two hundred sixteen ounces of marijuana-infused product in liquid form or 21 grams of concentrates. Those not on the registry will only be allowed to grow 4 plants and are not given a discount at any store.

RECREATIONAL: WHO CAN BUY?
According to Initiative I-502 and it’s implementation any one age 21 and over can purchase up to 1 oz (28 grams). You DO NOT have to be a Washington State resident to purchase or have any type of prescription.
